Founders :

Prof. Dr. Srinivas Hotha is a Professor of Chemistry at IISER Pune and has vast experience (30 years) in R&D. He was a postdoc from the Rockefeller University (USA) and a former Scientist at CSIR-NCL. He has authored over 100 research publications, and multiple patents, and mentored numerous UG, PG, and Ph.D. students in his career. For these, Hotha was recognized by the President of India for his exceptional contributions to Indian Science.

Sujay Bhalchandra - An MBA and Ph.D. in Management Science, Sujay is an accomplished Industry professional with over 21 years of experience in the automotive sector. He has worked with leading automobile companies like M&M, Tata Motors, Bajaj Auto, and Toyota where he strategized businesses, mergers & acquisitions, and technology launches. His expertise lies in business strategies, Startup advisory, Fundraising, and Industry Networking. At SciCHEM Innovations, Sujay is heading the Marketing and New Business Development.
